Who is responsible for a bed bug infestation in an apartment? A few years ago, it was the landlord who had to pay for the elimination of bed bugs. Now my landlords says that I will need to pay. Also, they do not seem to realize that my unit will not be the only one needing treatment. I am a senior living on SSI and a small pension. I am also not as mobile as I used to be.
