These bugs are multiplying like crazy. They act like a bed bug, they react to breath, they try to get on us. They seem to love cilantro. I’ve asked many people and nobody knows exactly what they are. Please help

They are some type of plant bug (actual common name of group), but I can't give more specific identification information unless I have specimens. They are immatures, so cannot fly yet and you can spray them with an insecticidal soap to help knock down their numbers.
