I just bought a condo in Hood River and so far, in less than three months, I’ve found FOUR of these guys in my house. My condo is a ground level with part of it under grade. But I’ve renovated the whole place and I don’t have any big gaps or anywhere where I would think they’re getting in. Looking for any info on how and/or why they keep showing up in my place. I’m ready to sell! It freaks me out.

It's a funnel weaver spider (the family Agelenidae). It's not possible to give a more definitive identification without viewing it under a microscope or good pictures of it's underside. However, based on your location and seeing them in your house, it may well be a giant house spider. They will live in secluded places in and around homes.
