Apple defects #732115
Asked October 25, 2020, 9:32 PM EDT
My two apple trees both produced apples that look like this under the skin in some places.
Can someone tell me what is causing this and how I can correct it?
Thanks!

The flesh seems to have the discoloration common with "Bitter Pit." Luckily, it is a condition that varies year by year due to weather conditions, pruning habits, etc. You will find the description, causes and what you can do about it in the following documents.
