Is it permissible to stack 1/4 or 1/2 pints (or even pints, for that matter) in a steam canner if I use the rack from my pressure canner and do not stack them directly on top of each other?

Thanks for contacting Ask-the-Expert. I have attached a copy of a factsheet that addresses the proper use of a steam canner. The publication does state that you can fully load the canner.
