Expert Response
Thank you for your question. The marks you see on your plant's leaves is a fungus called coastal pear cedar fungus, described here: http://hortsense.cahnrs.wsu.edu/Search/MainMenuWithFactSheet.aspx?CategoryId=3&PlantDefId=64&ProblemId=93 There is no 'cure' for it other than removing the cedar trees that are nearby, which are necessary for this fungus, or tracking down the fungus on them, and destroying infected tissue. This is probably the cause of your fruit's discoloration, as well. I hope this is helpful. Good luck!
Thanks.
Last year was the firs time in 20+ years that I’ve seen it. There is a mature cedar tree with in 100 feet.

Yes. As the WSU article indicates, it also infects hawthorn, apple, crabapple, serviceberry, quince and mountain ash.
