Unfortunately we can't identify this plant from details we can see in the photo. Is there another elsewhere that is in flower, or have you seen this plant flower? Blooms are very helpful in plant ID since foliage characteristics are more variable. This does not look like a plant grown as a houseplant in our area; have you seen it survive the winters outside here (not from seed, but the same plant returning in spring)?

I asked my sister/neighbor who gave me a small anti-itch plant in April.  She has a much bigger plant than the one she gave me but she has never seen any flowers.  The plant has to be indoors in the winter. Now my plant is as big as hers and I have not seen any buds either.
