I have what I think is a Princeton Elm that is showing signs of bug infestation. This is the first summer I have noticed this; the tree is maybe 8 years old. The leaves in lower areas are curling into tight knots and I have seen a nearly microscopic white bug rushing to be on the underside of the leaves, there is some white fuzz involved as well. The photos I've attached will tell the story better than I. Thank you for taking the time to assist.
