I have what I think is a Princeton Elm that is showing signs of bug infestation. This is the first summer I have noticed this; the tree is maybe 8 years old. The leaves in lower areas are curling into tight knots and I have seen a nearly microscopic white bug rushing to be on the underside of the leaves, there is some white fuzz involved as well.
