I have been unable yet to identify another weed that is taking over one of my pastures.
So far, the biggest plants are about 8 inches tall, and about the same in diameter.
A patch was sprayed 4 days ago with 2,4-D, but no sign that it is having an effect.
Any ideas of what I'm dealing with ?
Thanks

The weed is Gnaphalium palustre,
"western marsh cudweed”. You might try using Weedmaster (2,4-D and Banvel mixture). Always add an adjuvant / wetting agent to help the herbicide get past those "hairs" on the plant so the herbicide gets into the plant easier.
