Wild berries? #716704

Do you know what kind of berries these are?And Can I eat these berries? They grow near a small stream.

This looks like porcelainberry, a foreign invasive vine.

It should be removed as soon as possible.  The Weeds Gone Wild link at the bottom is more specific.  

It's not poisonous, usually.   Not palatable though.  We have no training on their edible qualities because they are an invasive weed.  If this is not on your property, you would be doing the homeowner and the rest of Maryland by alerting the homeowner to its presence.  Birds spread it widely.
