This appears to be a grape of some variety, possibly riverbank grape, Vitis riparia. It does not appear to be Moonseed--Moonseed does not have vine tendrils, and I believe I'm seeing tendrils among the grapes. One sure way to tell is that Moonseed fruits have one single flattish crescent shaped seed in each fruit, while grapes have 2-4 teardrop shaped seeds in each grape.
