Within this Devils walking stick. I found beetles. It seems to be crumbling although he waters. Can you diagnose any other issues

Actually I believe you have A Harry Lauder Walking Stick shrub. Below you will see a link to the Morton Arboretum with the Devils Walking Stick plant description. The Devils Walking Stick has large compound leaves. The Devils WS is classified as a tree.
