This is bog clearweed (Pilea fontana), a native. If left alone, it will disperse a lot of seeds. They're easy to pull and discard but they need to pulled before they set seeds. You just have to stay on top of them. Unfortunately, it may take a couple of years of diligent weeding before all the remaining seeds that are currently in the soil germinate.
