California bay area. this bug has appeared in the last 2 weeks #700936

this bug is everywhere all the sudden. I cant tell what it wants. it's not attracted to any one thing. I thought they were little roaches at first but they are really soft at squish with a pop really easily. they arent roaches. the biggest one I've seen is a mm long. help!

This is a cockroach, but not a species that I am familiar with. You may want to contact a pest control company fir advice. You can also communicate with your local UC extension office to see if they are able to identify this roach to species.
