Tomato leaves are curling #700561

The plants in my tomato row are curling. The plants are flowering, but little fruit is setting. My plants on the outside of the row are not effected as badly. I water every morning and my plants are mulched. The also look at little spindly

Thank you for the question. This may be herbicide damage. If you live near an agricultural field or you or your neighbor have a lawn service your plants may have been exposed to herbicide risk. Another possibility is tomato curly top virus. Check out the following link:
