Cranberries, red apples, blueberries, cherries, strawberries, and plums have red fall leaves if warm, sunny fall days and cool fall nights.

Thank you for the response.

Do these grow well in Minnesota? I’m in New Brighton MN. Is there a certain number of plum and/or apple trees needed on the property for pollination?

Both plum and apple trees need  pollinators  that bloom at the same time for pollination. The following site will take you to the fruit cultivars that are winter hardy in MN.
