Your agency came up as the participating lender for this program. I wanted to know more about the qualifying criteria for the down payment assistance.

Hello,
MSU Extension is not an approved MSHDA lender. We are listed on their website as an agency where you can obtain Homebuyer Education, which is a requirement of their Mortgage and Down Payment Assistance Programs. We are currently offering Homebuyer Education on a weekly basis, and all of our classes are posted on our website at www.mimoneyhealth.org.
