"Shrub #1 is Sweetbox (Sarcoccocca sp.). Shrub #2 is Heavenly Bamboo (Nandina domestica). I'm not completely sure of Shrub #3, it might be another Heavenly Bamboo. I do not have my best poisonous plant book, it is in the Polk County Extension office. I can access it on Monday. Please contact me directly at my email address so we can follow up next week about potential toxicity of the fruit or foliage of these plants. Just so you know, often the toxicity of plants is well known for various domesticated livestock from long experience and in many cases also for humans, but typically there is less information available for pets like dogs or cats.

I also sent this message as an email to you and to my colleague Neil, so the two of you are able to follow up.
According to ASPCA, the bamboo is listed as toxic to dogs: https://www.aspca.org/pet-care/animal-poison-control/toxic-and-non-toxic-plants/nandina
Nandina | ASPCAIf you think that your animal is ill or may have ingested a poisonous substance, contact your local veterinarian or our 24-hour emergency poison hotline directly at <personal data hidden>.www.aspca.org |
I was not able to find information on the sweet box, I hope that Neil may have further insights.
