Pastures, Farming, and Agritourism #679055

Asked January 12, 2021, 1:57 PM EST

We recently purchased a former Alpaca Farm in Washington Co. Our intention is to restart the Alpaca farm and reopen the welcome center and fiber manufacturing facility and welcome center at the farm. We plan on adding some miniature cows, fainting goats, chickens, barn cats, and livestock guardian dogs. We have a special needs son (learning disabilities) and plan on hiring teens and young adults with special needs to run the welcome center and help with the livestock a couple days a week. We are wanting to get our pastures ready for the 3 to 6 Alpaca we are planning to purchase this spring any assistance or directions with the reading of the pastures would be greatly appreciated and also any guidance you may provide to get our farm off on the right track would also be great.
