leaves turn lime green on raspberry plants #679053

we have heavy soil. The raspberry plant canes turn a lime green. I tried iron last year and it seemed to help a little.

A soil test would be beneficial. It sounds like your soil pH is either very high (alkaline) or you are lacking nutrients such as nitrogen and manganese. You can download a soil test form and read more about how to mail in a sample here: http://soiltest.cfans.umn.edu/
