Joint Banking Account. #678980

Asked January 10, 2021, 10:13 PM EST

Hello, Just recently my ex-gf reached out to me telling me she wants to file a claim on our joint bank account if I don't split what was hers and mine. With a lot of hackers tryin to scam people via Facebook, I didn't reply but I wanted some real advice if it is her. Long story short, she left me for another person. Now, that joint account we had, was already closed in 2011 or 2012 when we broke up. It's been a while, I forget which year. Fast forward to 2021, that's 8 to 9 years ago. She's married and has a kid. I've moved on with my life. Now the question is, does she have that power to file a claim on a joint account that was closed? Does my bank still have that information? (Wells fargo, I don't bank with them anymore) What should I do? It's quite burdensome because she was adamant about leaving me and starting her new life with someone new. I just want to live my life. I apologize if this question doesn't pertain to this website. I was a bit desperate. Thank you and if this isn't the place to ask, please direct me to someone who can answer my question. Thank you again.
