Identify this insect #678973

Saw this little guy on my deck cover post a few days ago. Can’t find him in my Audubon insect field guide. Can you identify him?

Any idea why it isn't in my Audubon Insect field guide? The attached info you sent doesn't make it seem that uncommon(?).
