You could use one of the Michigan-based tree brokers such as Stan Peterson fruit tree sales, Summit Sales, or Grampas Orchard. You can find them online. They have access to inventories of many of the fruit tree nurseries in the US.
Cumins Nursery of New York, Adams County Nursery of Pennsylvania will also sell small lots of trees.

Deer are tough to control. Nothing scares or repels them off for long.
Sometimes establishing a second temporary fence 5 foot outside of your first fence confuses them, and makes them unwilling to leap over.
Some commercial growers like scarecrows that are constructed with swivel hooks so that they turn easily with the wind. See accompanying picture.
