First, these leaves do not look like Amur maple leaves but they are not clear enough on the tree to identify. And the closeups are crinkled. See the following website to identify Amur maple: https://extension.umn.edu/identify-invasive-species/amur-maple
If you still think you have an Amur maple, the following comments apply. In a neighborhood that is not near a wild area, it is okay to keep the tree. If it is causing problems in your yard and crowding other plants, then get rid of it. If you are able to continue to deal with seeds and mow down or pull seedings in your yard, that is helpful. The seeds that enter the drainage system are unlikely to ever sprout.
