I have a volunteer plant that came up in my garden. It's getting fairly big, has orange bllooms and seems to be producing fruit or something after blooming. I thought it was a bean plant at first.

This is probably Velvetleaf. Scientific name - Abutilon theophrasti. it is an annual plant in the Malvaceae (Mallow) family. The Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) has listed Velvetleaf as a Class B Noxious Weed.
