My friend lives in East Tawas. she has beetles and this wilt we are guessing caused by beetle? Or her permanent spot ..inability to rotation her crop causing disease?
She also added golden berry two years ago.
What is your opinion and do we recourse to correct the problem?

That does look a lot like they have a beetle called Raspberry Cane Borer attacking. This pest is relatively easy to control by pruning out the affected canes below the girdle. If the infestation is severe, insecticide sprays can be used, but it is too late this year to use that approach because it targets the adults and would have needed to happen before bloom.
