Growths on blueberry plants #667869

What are these growths and is there anything that should/can be done?

Hi,
They look like some kind of galls - abnormal growths of plant cells caused by an insect or sometimes a microbe. They look terrible but just cut them out and put them in the trash and your plants will be fine.
