Hi,
My rose bush has holes in the leaves (some windowpane, some all the way through) and white fuzzy stiff wrapped on the stems. I found a few white fuzzy bugs as well that I don’t think are mealy bugs. The can jump at least a foot. Any idea what they are and how to get rid of them?

Hello,
This is a Flatid Planthopper. They rarely occur in large enough numbers to damage plants severely. A strong blast with a garden hose will probably be enough to control the insects on your roses. Here is some more information on this insect: https://growingsmallfarms.ces.ncsu.edu/2014/07/what-is-the-white-fluffy-stuff-on-my-shrubs/
