This broad leaf plant comes up every year. Have never seen a bloom. About 4-5 ft. high and wide.

This looks like a sapling Empress Tree (Paulownia tomentosa), an invasive tree from China. Flowers won't appear for years, given its age. It probably was introduced to North America as a timber source, as its wood is valued in Asia.
