I have two different things going on:
1) brown spots on my wall of ivy
2) disfigured leaves on several of my perennials (different location than ivy wall)
What are these conditions and is there anything I can do?

I think these are all the four lined plant bug. Usually damage is like what you see in the first photo, but sometimes when there have been a lot of them and heavy feeding they can do the damage seen on the center photo.
