Bee Balm disease #655714

Hi, we have a bee balm plant that has problems on the leaves. There are concentric circles of brown lines that spread to more brown coverage and the leaves eventually curl up, all dried out. When we first noticed the problem, there were circles of three or four rings, about 1 cm in total diameter. Please help us know how we can save this plant!?!
Thank you!

Expert Response
Cercospora leaf spot (Cercospora spp.) is a culprit in bee balm droop, and is characterized by circular or irregular brown spots on the leaves. Multiple spots can cause withering. You can prevent the disease by removing dead leaves and watering at the base of the plant. As with most fungal infections, overhead watering can spread the disease, so avoid overcrowding to help maintain good air circulation.
