Some kind of wolf spider. Can't see any details needed for beter identification, but the area behind the head seems to be a bit shiny. That would suggest it may be one of the burrowing wolf spiders, Geolycosa species https://bugguide.net/node/view/127720 and some of those get pretty big.
Whatever species, it is a transient, one that wandered into the home and will not reproduce indoors. The wolf spiders are all harmless, although if you grabbed them, the bigger ones could give you a bite tha tmay break the skin.
