I haven't found any sources of a particular leaf spot disease for honeysuckle vines but they seem to fall into the same classifications as those affecting trees and shrubs. Sources I found refer to cankers and other diseases which are not what you are seeing. Sanitation will be crucial. Remove any leaves that have fallen and are diseased.
