I have two magnolia trees that were planted two years ago. They are about 10 feet apart. One looks very health but the other one seems to be dying. The leaves are limp and a number of leaves have shriveled up and died. I have included a few pictures. Thank you in advance for any advice you have on saving this plant.

There are a couple of possibilities: Fire Blight or Anthracnose. Here are a couple of references on the diseases and you should read about the symptoms and look at the stems and leaves to confirm.
