Dilution ratio for Ortho Nutsedge Killer for Lawns #650030

By mistake I bought the hose-connect version for broad applications (https://www.ortho.com/en-us/products/weeds/ortho-nutsedge-killer-lawns-ready-spray). Since then I found the spray bottle version, as I have only spot application needs. But I want to use this hose-driven version.
If I cut off the top to gain access to the contents, what water mix ratio would you suggest (so I can use it in a spray bottle)? Ortho would not tell me due to CYA, so I need to find an independent and knowledgeable person. I'm in Troutdale but unfortunately went to the UofO.

Sorry, but what you are suggesting is a non-label use of the product, so it is not legal to do as you are proposing. Pesticides need to be used according to directions on the label that is sold with the product.
