Weed or Mullein of some kind? #638351

Hi, this plant folks have been posting about on Nextdoor is confusing several of us. It is at least 5 feet tall, fast growing. Thanks for your help!

We can't tell details we usually see, for instance, Common Mullein leaves are soft and kind of furry like lambs ear. It is also somewhat usual to see so much puckering on the leaves. Otherwise it does look similar.
The flower spike should be very helpful to determine the id.

Thank you! I think it is Olympic (or Greek) Mullein.  It seems to have that puckering you mentioned. Greek Mullein - Untreated Flower  Medicinal Herb Seed
