Hi,
I think I put some poppy seeds in this area last year. My neighbor had a large thistle plant in her yard a year or two ago.
I'm trying to decide if I should pull these little starts now. Can you help me figure out if they are poppies?

At this stage of development it is hard to tell what this might become. You could choose to wait until there is further development or re pot the starts in small recyclables containers and wait for additional growth to take place and then move them wherever you want and replant them if they turn out to be poppies. Hope that offers some helpful choices.
