could this be frost damage? #633908

We have several peonies in Elkridge at Belmont showing this damage/symptom. Not all peonies show it. the damage appears on top of the leaf. The damage has extended not to whitish dead areas along the vein today.

Yes, it could be frost/cold damage; we do not see evidence of pest or disease issues. Nothing needs to be done at this point and it is highly unlikely we will see such temperatures again this spring, but if new damage appears, please send us more photos for diagnosis.
