Good Morning!  I'd suggest that you wait to see the flower.  I agree, it does look weedy right now but as plants emerge in the spring they often have that appearance until they take on more character and bloom and you can recognize whether or not they are intentional plantings.  The stem, leaf arrangement along the stem, the venation of the leaves, and overall habit reminds me of a lily (or something related).  If you can hang on a bit longer and wait for a bloom then you can submit another picture (or email me directly) if you don't recognize the plant.
