Hi, I need help with my indoor lemon tree. It’s 4-5 years old grown from a seed. Couple months ago leaves tips and edges started get dry and brown. And tree lost a lot of green leaves. I repotted it to new soil two weeks ago. New leaves and brunches started to grow, but the tree still have same issue with brown tips and leaf loss What could you recommend? Thank you!

Expert Response

The tip burn is probably caused by over or under watering. The signs look the same. Transplanting, dry air, less light can also cause a lemon tree to drop leaves. A half strength to 1/4 strength application of fertilizer may also be beneficial.
