Trying to figure out what I can do to help this tree produce more leaves. Planted summer of 2017. It does look fuller than it did summer of 2018. But this seems to be as good as it gets and then the leaves turn And fall off. Is there a fertilizer I should use to help ?

You can sprinkle a small amount of an all-purpose garden fertilizer, such as 10-10-10, around the tree in spring. Also, water the tree during prolonged dry periods (once every 7 to 10 days). The rest is up to the tree.
