Weird fuzzy cocoon #601654

I found this cocoon attached to my garage floor maybe spiders but I have found alot of black and reddish caterpillars and also the white with black spikes

Based on the shape and construction, it is almost certainly a cocoon of a species of moth. I cannot guess what particular species it might be.
