The second looks like white snakeroot. See https://www.minnesotawildflowers.info/flower/white-snakeroot and https://www.illinoiswildflowers.info/woodland/plants/wh_snakeroot.htm. It is poisonous to animals that eat it.
They both are wildflowers that spread so quickly they are often considered weeds.
