Is baking soda good to clean grease off the stove top?

Hi there,
It's difficult to identify your plant without seeing a sample, but my best guess is that's a black locust. Whether you consider it a weed or not depends on whether you want it growing in your landscape -- if you don't want it, it's a weed; if you do want it, it's not. As for the spider, can you send a photo of it? If you have more than one photo, that would be even more helpful. I only received the picture of the plant.
I'm afraid your question about baking soda is outside my expertise as a master gardener volunteer.
