Expert Response

This evergreen shrub is a Euphorbia of some sort, common name "Spurge."  I'm not sure which variety this is--possibly Mediterranian or Albanian spurge.  You can look through some photos to see how varied they are in appearance.  All need full sun and well drained soil.  A word of caution--all Euphorbias have a milky sap which is toxic.  Most animals leave the plant alone because of this.  It can be very irritating to the skin and eyes, so be careful.
