Bushes are dying off and they all have the same greem foliage growing on it. Can you indentify and tell me what I can do?

Bushes are dying off and they all have the same greem foliage growing on it. Can you indentify and tell me what I can do?

Dense tufts of small shoots indicate that these shrubs were sprayed with an herbicide containing glyphosate, such as Roundup, last fall. Looks like they got quite a dose if they have not started to put out new regular looking leaves. If there are normal looking shoots You could leave those and prune off the rest
