I'm sorry I couldn't find the information you are requesting.  I showed your photos to someone at the Rico Museum and an 'old timer' from the area whose father was a miner.  
Perhaps, you could take your photos to the mineral shop in Ouray and/or to the Bachelor Mine, where they have tours.  You might also try searching the internet for pictures of old mining equipment -- I saw lots for sale on eBay.  You might find something at a local library or with the help of your local libraries research librarian.
