Not that Wooly crap this is the first i've seen this these are 70' mature trees just a end here and there? and there are no tiny spots on the under side .

Hi,
In order to provide an accurate diagnosis, we would need to see a close-up of the foliage as there are are several insects that may cause yellowing of the foliage. I recommend that you take a sample to your local Extension office for analysis.
