Brussel sprout issue #592576

Hello! I was wondering if you could help me figure out what is ailing my Brussels sprouts and how to treat it. The leaves look eaten away, but there are tiny round black balls along the stems where the sprouts will emerge. Thank you!

Cabbage whites, army worms, diamond back moth, are among the Lepidoptera pests that can attack your Brussels sprouts. The black spheres are frass accumulating in the crotch of the petioles. Best treatments include hand picking and using Bt. Check out the following link:
