ID orange insect on a morning glory vine #585184

Can you please identify this orange pest on my morning glory vine, and suggest treatment?

Thanks for the question.

These insects are aphids. Given their yellow color, I'm guessing that they are specifically known as oleander aphids (Aphis nerii). They generally do not do any harm to the plant. If you wish, you just hose them off
